Christie Golden needs to stop with her blatant Alliance bias. The Horde has lost so many $%^&ing leaders in the last several expansions and the Alliance only lost Wrynn....in a cut scene. The Horde has a chance in the story to take out an Alliance leader and of course they escape. So sick of Alliance leaders being @#$%ing Mary Sues with plot armor. The characters become boring if they literally can't be killed in any way shape or form.
So even when Alliance lose a 'major' hero, they don't really LOSE him...just get frozen. While Rastakhan just dies....GREAT...
I swear to !@#$ing christ, if they kill off Gelbin after literally doing nothing with him since Cata, I'll be more done with the lore in this game than the death of Vol'jin.
someday, the alliance will give the horde a blow without any loss, setback or horde's feeling of small victory?
I admit I start to grow tired of all the people go "Character X, what a Mary Sue because they have barely any flaws". For two reasons.First of all, just because a character has little flaws does not automatically make them a Mary Sue archetypeSecond of all, this isn't Game of Thrones. Not every character needs to be at least grey-in-grey morale, grimdark with a bad thing making up for every good aspect they have. Let us enjoy our heroes and villains from time to time.
Mekkatorque dying annoys me and I say that as a horde player, why do the other races have to lose their heroes and not the humans? Blizzard's favourite child with so many back up characters they could lose a handful and still come out of it better than the gnomes, worgen, dwarves, draenei ect.As for Rastakhan, we saw it coming, the moment we saw Talanji that should of said all that needed to be said.
Can't wait for the Horde to raise Derek Proudmoore from the dead and watch Jaina and her family squirm about.
The amount of cringe in this thread. Also guys, Mekkatorque isn't dead, just frozen.
lol Mekkatorque? No big deal, he's a meme.I don't care about factions anymore, so whatever.
"The Alliance will do a lot of shady stuff"*Alliance pulls a legit move on enemy's city*Add to it the fact that Saurfang is literally having "Dagger in the Dark" 2.0, Saurfang being Vol'jin and Sylvanas beings the Garrosh..Why do you have to be like this, Blizzard?
Damn, another miss on having Gallywix be killed. Not too happy about having Gelbin be a gnomecicle, but he may yet live through it.Probably some loa magic, which I'm guessing just trumps regular magic.Rastakhan is in the house of Bwonsamdi, whom wanted the king for a good while now.If Vol'jin winds up the Loa of Kings (or whichever) then we oust Bwonsamdi as the Loa of Death and Rastakhan takes it over.Very unlikely, but hey.
Also, the zandalar leveling experience involves fixing up the incompetence of rastakhan. Its also why rastakhan does nothing until rezan is in danger, as that is HIS loa. He avenges his loa at the blood gate. Also, he thought the blood trolls weren't a threat, whentelanji KNOWS they are, and scrambles an expedition to sort it out.
..quickly! give me to M.Bison YES YES YES video!Gelbin goes Magni 2.0. Shame we didn't raze the whole city ;/ It would be nice if the Alliance was to use the mana bomb this time. But mostly.. an in-game hint at Calia? uuuuuuuu ]:>
He's not dead, he's frozen. Sheesh, alliance, it's almost like you rarely have an important leader die... Oh wait. And Boooooo for killing Rasta! >:[
Welp, this is why Alliance get Junker gnomes confirmed. They go into the fallout like vault in tirigarde to try to help mekkatorque recover, turn him into a mechagnome, and Alliance get mecahgnomes as an allied race while Horde get vulpiran. Then I guess Alliance get high elves while Horde get Sethrak.
Mekkatorque chose to ice himself after learning that Gnomeregan is becoming a pet dungeon.
