WarcraftIRL PvP?What is this I don't even....Srsly, how's that work? Two-hand touch? Real lethal weapons in an underground deathsport? Dance-fighting?My worst fear is that's it's WoW LARP. /shudder
I AM SO HYPED!
1:55 on the second video... is that the Avatar of Sargeras or something?
I'm not comparing Warcraft to any superhero movie, not at the bit least. It doesn't deserve to be compared to anything because it is it's own franchise which should be enough of good support. However like you mentioned Guldan is one of a few major characters in which I've seen, well how to put it, muddy cgi. I'm not comparing to what everyone seems to be saying superhero movies, but in reality I'd compare this movie more the disney movies of late since many of their live action movies have had well received cgi. Now don't get me wrong I personally hate Disney, but heres where I get critical at Blizzard, they themselves have always held high standards for the types of works released that are related to their franchises. I'm personally just confused by how their letting just details slide by. Just poor choices
"Daniel Wu explained how Gul'dan believes he is doing what is best to ensure the survival of his race, although it is a method the other orcs don't agree with."This is my gripe with the movie atm if it portrays Gul'dan like that. He never once cares about the Horde or anyone. He only cares about power and dominance nothing else. When the call of power reaches him he willingly abandon Orgrim and taken half of the Horde to die so he could gain power from the tomb of Sargeras. THAT shows how little he cares about the "survival of his race"Either Daniel knows nothing about Warcraft or i'm afraid we're seeing a new Gul'dan that is "misunderstood and mistakenly believed to be selfish". No. I want our Gul'dan the sinister power hungry manipulative Gul'dan that is pure evil and filled with machinations, not another Darth Vader pulled under our collective fanbase rugs.
Khadgar still looks like he's 15 and Medivh still looks like a hobo in a bathrobe. Sigh.
Hmm so we will be seeing The avatar of Saragaes bursting out of Medivh it seems.
its perfect the only word can say . perfect
green jesus
International Eikani interviewing them orcs :D
"Mick Montgomery@mickmontgomery2dNo freaking clue what #WarcraftIRL is, but it's good that Blizzard Staff and Community members get to help promte the #WarcraftMovie"What this guy said. I have no idea what this is. Over the past few days I have seen bits and pieces over multiple social networking sites I follow of people dressed in red in blue wearing war-paint. I would have LOVED to be a part of this and meet other real players in a capture the flag match. :( I have memories of Blizzcon, screaming "For the Alliance!" as loud as we could and hearing people across the street from the convention center replying "Fore the Horde!" I was so drunk, I don't remember it all. Good times though.. good times..Would have been a fantastic viral marketing campaign to do events like this across the country/ over the world, but sadly this event was apparently super exclusive.
Glenn Close plays Alodi? If its not her its defo her twin sister. I cant see her credited anywhere online.
