I will say, that priest set looks pretty freakin awesome and it rather befits the Draenei XDWarlock set look awesome, sick and twisted like warlocks should be, imo...I love the warrior set, gives an awesome, elemental, "mess-with-me-I-dare-you" feel. Perfect for Cataclysm :DI'm so ready to roll my Worgen Warlock...and level my Draenei Warrior even more! Bring on December 7th!
linkhyruleGo watch your cartoons man.
really liking the priest set, i have alot to look forward too the viel is sweet.in fact i like all of them with the exception of warlock, looks too familiar to previous gearsets
Did you guys know that the warrior pvp set is a pure copy from Guld Wars ( Warrior Obsidian Armor) ?
Hm...(ponders the armor relations' to the classes)...they will do.They all do match to the motion of the classes and main theme, however the statements aren't very clear. The Druid armor have a lunar theme, resemble the night-owl-wild appearance of the class. The Mage amor have an aggressive conjure theme, it'll fit at least for being the most powerful ranged class. The Priest armor have an Aztec light theme, the tainted holy water appearance makes it friendly specs. The Rogue amor have bandages and a turban, which does symbolize a stereotype assasin. The Shaman armor have chain and lightning cracks, emphasis an earthen feel. The Warlock amor have still gloomy demonic appearance, same theme but more tribal looking. The Warrior armor have crystal and rock appearance, great to ephasis a class purely design for rigid fights. These all look like they could be blended into Diablo's theme, which makes sense as Cataclysm is all about Deathwing from Deepholme (hell) and is all about the elements barren lava or new lush beginnings (depend on zone). So the verdict, Blizzard successfully fit the armor to the theme of class and game chapter. The PvP look less elegant and more ideal, examples...The Death Knight armor is made with bone and dark metals. The Druid have feathers, bandanas, and more rigid and thicker looking leather. The Hunter is a complete chainmail with a coif and spiked horns. The Mage looks more generally arcane and heavier clothing. The Paladin once again is silver and gold, with a this a "fleet" feel. The Priest, like the mage, less elegant and more general magic but still light squishy clothing. The Rogue, again like the mage, less elegant and theme and more battle ideal looking. The Shaman, similar shift as druid and hunter, you have a scalemail that looking more battle ideal looking. The Warlock looks less stitched and more armor appearing, again battle ideal looking. The Warrior battle set is perfect, nothing says warrior more than a full steel overbundled set and a full bucket-helm.So if we like them or not, they are still perfect in means of matching what they belong to.Look on the bright side, they were not lazy as before...unique to all classes and unique between PvE and PvP.With removal of certain things, readjusted other things...you all got what you want, they've turned back time to Burning Crusade and Vanilla. Only difference is imagine this Vanilla/Burning Crusade with more features and different looking UI (ex. guild and achivement panel). If you're lucky, they will do this a few more times, just as they did with Burning Crusade.
