莱加尼战争翔龙
requires you to turn in a
完好的云端翔龙之鳞
to
章喾
in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. While the full method of acquisition is unknown, it's likely that this mount is related to the new
Rajani Faction
, as
章喾
is the faction quartermaster, and the other
new 8.3 faction
has a mount at Exalted.
Cloud serpents, introduced during Mists of Pandaria, are seeing a resurgence due to the important role Vale of Eternal Blossoms plays in Patch 8.3. In addition to the

mount, players can also collect the new
