Updated N'Zoth Model on 8.3 PTR

The 8.3 PTR updated N'Zoth's model, adding more spikes. Check out our
past coverage
of N'Zoth's size in 8.3.
Below you can see the new model. This model only has one animation currently, Stand, while the old model had several custom spells that added orange and purple glowing effects.
