The Ever-Rising TideEssence Effects and Ranks

Major Power (Instant, 30 sec cooldown)

Rank 1: Overcharge your mana for 10 sec, causing each spell you cast to increase your healing by 3% stacking.
While overcharged, your mana regeneration is halted.
Rank 2: Overcharge your mana for 10 sec, causing each spell you cast to increase your healing by 4% stacking.
While overcharged, your mana regeneration is halted.
Rank 3: Overcharge your mana for 10 sec, causing each spell you cast to increase your healing by 4% stacking.
While overcharged, your mana regeneration is halted, and you gain 10% haste.

Minor Power

Rank 1: Your heals have a chance to grant either 1,088 Intellect for 10 sec or 2,100 mana. Chance of receiving mana increases with your missing mana.
Rank 2: Your heals have a chance to grant either 1,306 Intellect for 10 sec or 2,520 mana. Chance of receiving mana increases with your missing mana.
Rank 3: Your heals have a chance to grant either 1,306 Intellect for 10 sec or 2,520 mana. Chance of receiving mana increases with your missing mana. 20% chance to gain both effects.

Rank 1: Obtain Ankoan / Unshackled reputation Honored and buy it from the Quartermaster for 10 棱彩法力珍珠.
Rank 2: Obtain Ankoan / Unshackled reputation Revered and buy it from the Quartermaster for 25 棱彩法力珍珠.
Rank 3: Obtain Ankoan / Unshackled reputation Exalted and buy it from the Quartermaster for 50 棱彩法力珍珠.
Rank 4: Obtained from 剑鱼人补给品 or 破镣者补给品

The Well of ExistenceEssence Effects and Ranks

Major Power (Instant, 15 sec cooldown)

Rank 1: Release all healing stored in The Well of Existence into an ally. This healing is amplified by 20%.
Rank 2: Release all healing stored in The Well of Existence into an ally. This healing is amplified by 50%.
Rank 3: Release all healing stored in The Well of Existence into an ally. This healing is amplified by 50%. The Well will not release more healing than needed to fully heal the target.

Minor Power

Rank 1: 15% of your overhealing is stored in The Well of Existence. When you heal a target under 40% health, the Well releases up to 5184 of its stored healing into them.
Rank 2: 15% of your overhealing is stored in The Well of Existence. When you heal a target under 50% health, the Well releases up to 5184 of its stored healing into them.
Rank 3: 15% of your overhealing is stored in The Well of Existence. When you heal a target under 50% health, the Well releases up to 5184 of its stored healing into them.
When the Well contains less than 13,252 healing, it absorbs healing twice as quickly.
