The latest Patch 9.2.5 PTR build includes some tuning changes to the Shrouded Mythic+ affix which includes some buffs to the Dreadlords.
Shrouded Mythic+ Affix
is a dodgeable frontal cone that now deals less damage to players hit, but applies a larger Mortal Strike effect.
Inflicts 5038 Shadow damage to enemies in front of the dreadlord and reduces healing received by 35%50% for 10 sec.

Effect #2 Apply Aura: Mod Healing Taken - % Modifies Effect #4's Value
Value: -35-50
is a spell that the Dreadlord casts with high frequency, dealing damage to the tank and healing based on how much damage the attack did. With these buffs, the Dreadlord will heal for about 35% more than before and deal more damage to the tank.
Strikes the target inflicting 4045 Shadow damage and healing for 250%300% of the damage dealt.
