Shadowlands Threads of Fate Alt Leveling - Account-Wide Unlock After Completing Chapter 1 of Covenant Campaign

Blizzard has clarified that you will unlock Threads of Fate alt leveling account-wide after completing Chapter 1 of your covenant's campaign.
The Threads of Fate is a new leveling system added in the Shadowlands expansion. Inspired on the Adventure Mode of Diablo III, Threads of Fate grants a different leveling experience for alts in Shadowlands. The Threads of Fate system allows alts to level through Shadowlands content by completing world quests and other assorted bonus objectives, experiencing the expansion in a non-linear way.
As part of the first chapter, you will also be introduced to World Quests, Torghast, the Runeforger, Sanctum Reservoir, and the Maw. We have written full walkthroughs to each campaign if you want to learn the full lore and story of each.
