GCD Discussion: Blade Flurry
Cooldowns on the GCD has been a hot topic in the community ever since the original implementation. The discussion continued with
Preach's Interview with Morgan Day
when he agreed that multiple button presses in a row was a problem, but the solution was not necessarily removing them from the GCD.
Instead, it seems that Blizzard might be trying to make the buttons feel better when immediately pressed, so it doesn't feel like a dead global, similar to the Resto Shaman
change in 8.1.5 -- starting with a new leveling perk for Outlaw Rogues at level 52.
