September 18th hotfixes include nerfs to Underrot Ticks and Corruption Corpuscle from the Mythic Fetid Devourer encounter in Uldir.
The Corruption Corpuscle from the Mythic Fetid Devourer encounter already had its health nerfed by 10% on September 13th, but apparently it wasn't enough.
