New Site Feature: 4.2 Encounter Journal Integration

As many of you guys may remember, way back at BlizzCon, Blizzard announced that they were working on a new
Encounter Journal
(then called "Dungeon Journal") game feature. This new feature would provide tons of valuable information in-game to players, including detailed dungeon information such as boss lists, drop tables, and ability details. Well, not only is the tool finally being added to World of Warcraft in the upcoming Patch 4.2, but we're happy to announce that we have been able to make all of the Encounter Journal details available on the site, as well!
Now dungeon pages on Wowhead (including zone pages and boss pages) will feature content directly from Blizzard's in-game Encounter Journal! Blizzard has been slowly implementing this content on the PTR, so not all dungeons feature Encounter Journal information at this time, but as soon new entries are available they'll start showing up on their respective dungeon pages.

Dungeon Descriptions
Now dungeon pages will feature brief articles describing the instance and its background.
Boss Information
Boss pages now feature a 'Encounter' tab which includes the Encounter Journal entry, featuring detailed descriptions of boss abilities!
Snazzy Boss Portraits
Boss pages now also feature an awesome portrait next to their name, so you'll know just who you're dealing with!

You guys may have noticed our recent
Firelands Dungeon Journal Preview
, in which we showed that Blizzard has already implemented Encounter Journal entries for the new Firelands raid bosses, including detailed ability and encounter phase information for each of the upcoming bosses -
including Heroic Ragnaros
. Back when I used to raid at the top of the end-game, one of my favorite things to do was jump right into new boss encounters, die a ton, and try to find out what exactly I died to by digging through uncategorized spells right here on Wowhead. While the Encounter Journal does not document exact details of boss encounters, having such strong descriptions of the boss abilities will no doubt make kill strategies easier to deduce. How do you feel about that?
