Mythic Crucible of Storms Day 7 Recap - The NA Reset Approaches
The NA reset is approaching with no recorded kills of Mythic Uu'nat so far. The World first kill of Mythic Battle of Dazar'alor by Method was achieved on Tuesday afternoon, so there's still so time for EU guilds to pick up a kill before the EU reset! However, Blizzard decided to hotfix Mythic Uu'nat today which changes the flow of the fight and making guilds relearn some new timings.
Below you can see the progress of the top 10 guilds, across all regions, courtesy of
The NA Reset
Unlike other raid's weekly resets, this reset doesn't come with a large amount of gear upgrades. Players are already geared and there is no reclear of a raid more or a Weekly M+ / PvP to get large upgrades. Guilds already have the majority of the gear that they're going to be killing Mythic Uu'nat with!

Similar to Battle of Dazar'alor
, Blizzard has decided to hotfix Mythic Uu'nat on the Monday before the NA reset which affects guilds currently progressing on the fight. However, unlike Battle of Dazar'alor, Blizzard has not reverted this hotfix.
With hotfixes to all regions, we've made two adjustments to Mythic difficulty
no longer can cast
and the timing of
has been changed to coincide less with
Is it a nerf or a buff?
The benefits of this change are two of the deadly mechanics of the fight:
no longer overlap.
However, because they no longer overlap, this means that
occurs every 40 seconds (down for 50 seconds), which means that there's more damage in the last phase of the fight.
Method seems to have adapted to the change relatively easily, but guilds who were using different strategies may have their strategies greatly affected by this hotfix.
Method - 24.5%
Method has now achieved a best attempt of 24.5%, before today's hotfix. You can see that attempt below.

Method Pull Count
Method Josh also showed the current wipe count earlier this afternoon, with
on Mythic Uu'nat -- probably over 500 pulls at the end of their current raid day.
As a reminder, Method took 346 pulls on Mythic Jaina in Battle of Dazar'alor. How many more pulls will Uu'nat take?
Compared to the last time we looked at
, their composition is very similar, with only noticeable changes to their Tanks (from Protection Warrior to Brewmaster Monk).
Note: when we took the screenshot this afternoon there were 21 players in the raid. We're not sure what their exactly comp is, but it looks very similar to last time.
