's archaeology hub, not to mention the dungeon
The faction hubs are very elaborate--Blizzard said they wanted them to make Dalaran look simple in comparison, and they achieved that! The faction hubs have all the amenities of major cities, as well as floors dedicated to introducing players to the level-90 Pandaren factions and scenarios with breadcrumb quests.
Between the Alliance and Horde settlements is Mogu'Shan Palace, the heart of the original Mogu empire. There are two points of interest here: the Lorewalkers and Mogu'Shan Palace, a 5-player dungeon.
This is the hub for the Lorewalkers, a faction heavily tied to archaeology and the mythology and Pandaria. We've also covered them before in our
You can turn in archaeology solves for Valor Points, hear stories about Pandaren lore upon completing fragments and exploration achievements, and train archaeology here.
Alani <The Stormborn>
This large cloud serpent flying around the Vale is an important part of Pandaren lore, symbolizing their hope after a bloody victory against the Mogu. Based on her lore, she's also a reference to Danyerys's story from the
A Song of Ice and Fire
Game of Thrones
series! Loh'Ki, a Pandaren sitting high up in the mountains (and unaffected by phasing) will tell you her story.
Legends tell of a great battle that took place in this very vale, turning the golden fields to crimson with the blood of many brave monks. The armies of Lei Shen the Thunder King, emperor of the mogu, fought brutally, but were eventually overcome.
For days following the fall of Lei Shen, the vale was shrouded in a cloud of the deepest black. Summoned by Lei Shen in his final moments, the otherworldly storm blanketed the vale with rainfall and struck jagged spears of lightning into the hills.
The blood of of the fallen was washed away by the storm and carried to Whitepetal Lake, turning the waters to a deep red. With its final breath, the storm struck the centre of the lake, igniting the very water itself. The lake burned with a crimson hue for many days.
When the blaze subsided, a cloud serpent hatching could be seen flying around the centre of the lake. Its scales sparked with storm and fire, and where it flew, great clouds of formed in the sky. My people named it Alani, the Stormborn.
Alani flies around in a protective bubble, which can be removed with 10 Skyshards (

at the Twin Monoliths have more information.
The ancient mogu tribes, once scattered across the land, have reunited. For reasons unknown, they seek to enter the Vale and take its powers by force.
From what we have seen so far, they attack a vulnerable section of the Vale each day, looking for weakness.
Should they succeed in their attack, then the Vale will fall. If we do not hold them back, they will push to the palace gates themselves.

If this sounds interesting to you, then you should speak to Lorewalker Cho at the Seat of Knowledge.
The best fishing can be found down at the Anglers Wharf in southeastern Krasarang Wilds. Anyone is welcome to visit us and take up a fishing rod!
Oh, where should I begin!?
First, the life of a farmer involves sowing seeds and harvesting crops. The crops that you sell can be used in cooking, sold on the auction house, traded to other players, or traded for meat and fish. I've even heard of rare seeds that can be planted for unique items... and perhaps even a rare pet!
Then there's all of Halfhill to meet! the folks who live around those parts are real interesting, and if you make friends with them, they might give you some nice gifts.
There's always plenty to do around the fields. We've especially been having some trouble with virmen and hozen lately, so there's bound to be plenty to do every day.
I am a representative of the Elders. We embody the most powerful factions of Pandaria, and we are sworn to protect this land from harm.
I offer powerful items to those who have proven themselves to the three Elder factions.
If you are looking to acquire some of my items, rogue, you will first need to earn Elder Tokens.
You can do this by deending the Vale of Eternal Blossoms with the Golden Lotus, fighting alongside the Shado-Pan in the Townlong Steppes, or protecting the four temples of Pandaria with the August Celestials.
I am a representative of the Craftsmen. We embody the working classes of Pandaria.
I sell rare and wondrous goods to those who have earned favor with the Craftsmen factions.
If you are looking to acquire some of my items, you will first need to earn Craftsmen Tokens by working with the Tillers, the Anglers, or the Brewmasters.
The August Celestials sends you to a different temple to defend each day. (Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent, Chi'Ji the Red Crane, Xuen the White Tiger, Niuzao the Black Ox)
Example: Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent, keeps vigil over the east. Unfortunately, her temple has fallen to the sha of doubt. (Attack At the Temple of the Jade Serpent)
Queueing for Scenarios
Kichi of the Hundred Kegs tells you about the Brewmasters and lets you directly queue for certain scenarios.
Since the dark days of the old kingdom, we pandaren have turned to the mystical art of brewing to keep our spirits and strength high.
Even as we speak, brewkmasters wander the world, seeking rare and powerful ingredients to craft the finest of brew.
Those who seek out these elusive brewmasters and lend them aid may earn flavorful items. At the very least, you will drink plenty of brew!
The largest brewery in Pandaria is the Stormstout Brewery in the Valley of the Four Winds. If there is any work to be found near the brewery, it would undoubtedly earn you favor with the brewmasters.
Brewmasters are also wandering by nature, and can be found roaming all over the land searching for rare ingredients or concocting new brews.
Such brewmasters are often found in unique scenarios.
The Great Wall
Visually based on the Great Wall of China, The Pandaren Wall was built to keep the Pandaren safe from the Mantid swarms. PvP vendors are located on the border of Vale of Eternal Blossoms and Dread Wastes, as well as the entrance to
. It's possible to traverse the continent by riding the entire length of the wall.
