May 6th hotfixes include a health nerf on all units during the Restless Cabal encounter in Crucible of Storms in Raid Finder, Normal and Heroic difficulties. This nerf aims at making the encounter a bit easier when done with smaller groups, with the nerf having almost no effect on 30-man groups.

Developers’ note: We’ve changed the health scaling on some enemies in The Restless Cabal encounter. Now a 10-player raid should see a 15% reduction in health while a 30-player raid should see the affected enemies have about the same health as before.
