Echoing Void Appears Nerfed in PvP Arenas
From testing, the Echoing Void Corruption effect appears to have been hotfixed in PvP to deal about 75% less damage in Arenas.
Edit: after we published this article, Blizzard wrote official hotfixes that Echoing Void now deals 50% less damage in Arenas.
Edit: We've also received some reports that Twilight Devastation has been nerfed in Arenas as well.

Echoing Void Nerf in PvP
Echoing Void was dealing a very high amount of damage in Arenas, up to 10-15% overall damage for a single T1 Echoing Void Corruption. However, it now appears to be nerfed by a massive 75% in Arenas.
I have about 400k health and on normal mobs it deals around 4k for a non-crit. In arena, it now only deals about 1k for a non-crit.
No Change in PvE
I've seen no change to Echoing Void in the open World as it still does about 4k for a non-crit.
After we published the article, Blizzard published official hotfixes which covered Echoing Void:
(Corruption Effect) has a 12-second cooldown when engaged in combat with enemy players.
now deals 50% reduced damage when engaged in combat with enemy players.
