Blizzard Shadowlands Support - You Must Loot Soul Ash, Won't Be Sent in Mail or Recovered by Customer Support
Blizzard has posted an official support article on players reporting they are missing Soul Ash. Bad news - you must loot the Soul Ash at the end of the run, as it will not be mailed or recovered by Customer Support.
Soul Ash is limited in week 1, as the
maximum total is only 810
, so make sure you loot your Soul Ash to work towards crafting legendaries!
I just completed my run but forgot to loot my Soul Ash, can I please have it restored?
The Soul Ash I earned was not sent to me.
Soul Ash has to be looted manually at the end of the run.
It is not sent by the Postmaster and can not be recovered by Customer Support.
