When either Aethenel or 赛兰努斯 is slain on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty, there is now a 3-second delay before the other one gains the buff.
Azshara's Indomitable is now summoned 10 seconds later than previously observed on Mythic difficulty.
Tidemistresses have 5% less health on Mythic difficulty.
Fixed an issue where casting either 月火术 or 愈合 twice in a row while affected by 重复行动 was not triggering the silence.
Fixed a bug on Mythic difficulty where the damage effect from 缓刑令 could trigger the healing reduction from 服从 or Suffer right as the decrees transitioned between each other.

Corrected an issue where players' pets were unable to attack the tentacles during the 维克戈斯 encounter.

Items

艾泽拉斯之心

活力导管 (Essence) correctly transfers health from a target with absorb shields on them.
Learning new ranks of 冲突 and 斗争 (Essence) should now properly grant achievements such as 能源启动.
