Antorus the Burning Throne Raid Mount Rewards
has several mount rewards, especially notable after Tomb of Sargeras omitted mounts. In this preview we'll look at each of the four mounts available from the raid.
Note: spoilers associated with one mount.
Mythic Argus the Unmaker
is the drop from Mythic Argus the Unmaker, the final boss of the Antorus Raid. The flavor text is terrifying: "Formed from the tormented bodies and souls of fallen members of the Army of the Light, the Ur'zul is both fascinating and horrifying."
was also a victim of the Ur'zul: "One of the many children thought lost in the battle for Argus, only to find themselves infused into an Ur'zul."
This mount will likely be a 100% droprate on Mythic difficulty until the expansion ends, similar to past Mythic-only mounts.
We datamined several colors for this mount, which you can see below in the video:
Glory of the Argus Raider
is the reward from completing the Antorus meta achievement
. This requires you to defeat each boss in a distinctive, untraditional way.
Felhounds of Sargeras
is listed as a drop from the
Felhounds of Sargeras
. It likely has a low chance to drop as personal loot, similar to
from Mistress Sass'zine.

Back in Warlords of Draenor, players that defeated Archimonde on Heroic difficulty or higher received a quest which rewarded
. Now in Legion, it looks like we are getting a similar quest mount from Antorus--
. This mount resembles Khadgar's raven form.
is started from
, which is likely a drop from Heroic or Mythic Argus the Unmaker. The quest description references the bittersweet victory:
<Before your eyes, a trickle of blood from the fallen titan Argus congeals into a flawless gemstone. Holding it in your palm, you sense an almost unfathomable power emanating from within... along with echoes of pain and sorrow. It is the last remnant of a battle that should not have been winnable. An impossible achievement. Yet, as with all victories, this one came at tremendous cost. You realize immediately to whom you must convey this prize.>
Patch 7.3.2 datamining unearthed a
Wound in the World
as well as dialogue with Khadgar discussing the blood of Argus and the fate of Azeroth. It's likely that you'll turn in
to Khadgar as he ponders the Wound of the World.
