Alliance Leaders Return to the Stormwind Embassy on the 8.3 PTR
In the latest 8.3 PTR build, almost all Alliance leaders can be seen hanging around the Stormwind Embassy. They can be interacted with, talking about their expectations about the future now that the Alliance and the Horde are in peace after Sylvanas' disappearance. Thanks to the
Red Shirt Guy
for the tip!
Anduin Wrynn and Jaina Proudmoore
Anduin and Jaina are inside the inn near Stormwind Embassy.
Anduin remarks about how much he has faced with you.
We have faced much together, <player>. You have always been a noble friend and ally.
Jaina reminisces that peace was hard fought for and it must not go to waste.
This moment of peace was hard-fought and so much was sacrificed to bring it to fruition. It must not go to waste.
Tyrande Whisperwind and Shandris Feathermoon
Tyrande is back in Stormwind and can be found near some trainers with Shandris.
Tyrande is still hellbent on revenge against Sylvanas.
I will not stand idle while Sylvanas roams free and the crimes against my people remain unpunished.
Shandris takes a more tempered approach, looking for the Kaldorei to heal while not forgetting about the past.
Although the Kaldorei suffered greatly in this war, it is time for us to heal and rebuild.
We can still look to the future without forgetting the past...
Genn Greymane and Prophet Velen
Greymane and Velen are both sitting by a campfire with some Alliance soldiers.
Greymane reflects on how war is required for peace.
In order to preserve peace, we must prepare for war.
Velen ponders on how the Horde must now forge their own fate without a warchief.
I once told you that each of us must forge our own fate in this world.
The time has come for the Horde to forge their own fate as well. Without a warchief to command them, they must learn to walk a new path.
Will it be a path of peace or a path of war? Only time can tell where it will lead.
Muradin Bronzebeard and Moira Thaurissan
Muradin and Moira can be found by the Blacksmithing hut near the Embassy. Strangely enough, Moira does not have her baby nearby.
Muradin is willing to give the Horde a chance for peace.
Peace with the Horde?
I'd be lyin' if I told ye that I trust 'em after all they've done...
But who knows? Maybe with the Banshee Queen gone, they'll finally be able tae live peacefully. An' if they do go back tae their old ways, the Bronzebeard Clan will be here to put 'em in their place!
Moira reflects on mistakes done by both sides and how they should move forward.
The Alliance an' Horde have both suffered terrible in this war, an' mistakes were surely made on both sides.
What matters now is how we move forward! Do we learn somethin' from all o' the bloodshed an' loss, or do we keep on repeatin' the past?
Falstad can be found behind the Embassy, taking care of some gryphons. Like Muradin, he is also willing to give a chance to peace while keeping his guard up.
So it's peace now, eh? After all that?
Ach, well, it's worth a shot I guess. I can forgive... but a Wildhammer never forgets!
Mathias Shaw and Valeera Sanguinar
Both rogues are located near the entrance of the Stormwind Embassy. Past broadcast text hinted that
Shaw is looking to pursue a relationship with Valeera
, and the two continue to stick together.
Shaw reflects that Stormwind will always be home to him.
It's good to be back in Stormwind. Kul Tiras has its charms, but these walls will always be home.
Valeera is skeptical about peace between the Alliance and the Horde.
If history has anything to teach us, it is that peace between the Alliance and Horde is periously short-lived.
