9.0.5 PTR Build 37705 Recap - Valor Updates, Patch Notes, Legendary Tuning

Earlier this week, 9.0.5 received its third update on Shadowlands PTR with some Valor updates, legendary tuning, and a large addition to the patch notes. Here is a recap of all the major updates from the third 9.0.5 PTR build we've discovered over the past few days.
9.0.5 Class Changes
There was another round of
class and legendary tuning
. Below is a summary of the changes
compared to the last 9.0.5 PTR build

Covenant Tuning Changes From Last PTR Build
damage reduction while channeling reduced to 20% (was 30%).
(Venthyr Hunter) chance to trigger increased to 15% (was 10%).
Legendary Tuning Changes From Last PTR Build
Feral Druid:
changed.
Beast Mastery Hunter:
and
, nerfed.
Windwalker Monk:
buffed.
Holy Paladin:
nerfed.
Protection Paladin:
changed.
Final Verdict:
buffed.
Outlaw Rogue:
buffed.
Elemental Shaman:
buffed.
Base Class Changes From Last PTR Build
Assassination Rogue
buffed to give 8 Energy when procced (up from 7 Energy).
Warlock
now lasts 60 seconds (was 30 seconds).
Demonology Warlock pet ability
buffed.
PvP Talent Changes From Last PTR Build
Holy Paladin's
now only lasts 6 seconds.
Warlock
now increases armor by 160% (was 120%).

Valor Points
There were a
handful of Valor updates
on the Patch 9.0.5 PTR, with new trade materials added to the vendor and gear in the dungeon journal updated with upgrade level.
Dungeon Tuning
This
Patch 9.0.5 PTR Build
contains some tuning to the Venthyr Covenant dungeon bonuses in Halls of Atonement and Sanguine Depths. With a Venthyr in Patch 9.0.5, Halls of Atonement should be harder, while Sanguine Depths should be easier.
Mounts
The
mystery promotional mounts
were removed from the Mount Journal.
Patch Notes
Blizzard has been updating the
patch notes regularly
and the notes this week received a large number of additions including sections for the Ember Court, Covenant Adventurers, and PvP.
Great Vault Changes
The Great Vault now reflects the
reduced raid requirements
which were added to the Patch Notes last week.
Torghast Improvements
Torghast now shows
recommended item levels
for Twisting Corridors and regular layers.
