8.3 PTR Build 32489 - New Icecrown Citadel Map

The PTR has just been updated and we've found a new Icecrown Citadel map.
This map is likely tied to the Death Knight recruitment scenario allowing Pandaren and Allied races to become DKs, which will involve the
datamined dialogue
between Bolvar and Mograine. We've also datamined many
黑锋骑士
NPCs this build, but some models are unavailable currently and the recruitment scenario is not playable on the PTR.
