how do you get to 100% as horde? 5 threats, 2 ships. alliance got a crew to counter the storm weather

Gamemaniak, what Crew would that be? Almost every useful counter a crew can provide is given to both factions with the exception of 3 abilities.
Murloc crews counter land objectives for Horde. Aliance does not have a Land Objective counter.
Orc Crews counter Icy water. Alliance does not have a crew for that.
Draenic crews counter Fog. Horde does not have that. I do not believe a counter for fog is going to counter Stormy weather.

Even with double undead crews, you can only get 98% as Horde. I'd rather keep my Murloc crew and risk it at 96% than electing to lose my rare ship.

This requires two Pandaren crews and four out of five threat counters to reach 100%. One Pandaren and one human/undead crew will only reach 99%.
