The 舞蹈学院 awards 超级舞王指南 (read the caution on use), which gives your follower the TRAIT 动感舞王.
The 动感舞王 trait actually acts as an ABILITY which counters the threat Danger Zones, and makes one follower actually have 3 abilities to counter 3 threats.

You should save your 超级舞王指南 until your followers are epic and have both of their abilities available. Of course there are ways of rerolling abilities, but you want to know what abilities your follower has and will be keeping for the long term.

When you get to ilevel 630 missions and above, there are a few missions with more threats than the standard counters the followers will have. Each of these missions includes the threat Danger Zones, and the only way to counter all the threats are with a follower that has 动感舞王.

So before you waste your shot with 超级舞王指南 (I still have no idea what I did with that on my main), save it until you are ready and have a use (discussed below).

I have found all the missions I can with the additional Danger Zones threat and there are 17 different mission identifiers with this additional threat. Fortunately, there are 4 copies of 4 missions which make up 16 of the 17, so we only have to deal with 4 missions that take 3 followers and have 7 threats and one that takes 2 followers and has 5 threats.

There are four groups of identical missions. They are identical in every respect except Mission Number.
These groups are separated by the dashed lines.

So, we have Danger Zones in each of the missions, which will be countered by 动感舞王.

All of the missions above also contain the threat Group Damage, which makes me wonder if there will be another special trait appearing in the future.

Four of Five also have Wild Aggression, Timed Battle, and Massive Strike (unfortunately they are the same 4).

So I would suggest you get a follower with Group Damage and one of the three counters above to be the first recipient of your 动感舞王.

There may be more that I have not found, but this is a good start and if you can find a common threat combo between our odd group here and a new set, then that would be the one you would want to use your 超级舞王指南 on to give it the 动感舞王.

All the Blackrock Foundry raid missions last for 335 hours and, have a respawn time of 2 week so you can complete one every other week.
The reward level (norm/heroic/mythic): you need 21 kills on a diifficulty to unlock the next one: once you have 2 followers with 660 ilvl (but ofc you need 3 to complete it anyway) you get the first step with normal (670 ilevel) reward; then based on your BRF raid progression you get higher rewards:
21 normal kills -> hc reward mission (685ilvl)
21 heroic kills -> mythic reward mission (700ilvl)
