FYI, this quest is slightly bugged for me (on Horde side) in that, for Magma Shaper Orggruk, it only shows one threat: Minion Swarms. Even though it's not displayed, you can tell it's still there because:

Powerful Spell is off to the side, like it's trying to make room for another threat.
L98-100 Heroes than can counter Minion Swarms have that icon highlighted.
I can't get 100% success chance unless I counter all four threats, including Minion Swarms.

EDIT: Found out why this was happening - probably caused by one or more of my add-ons acting up. Solved it, at least in the short-term, just by reloading my UI (can do it with: /reload). Long-term, I'll have to find out which add-on is causing this and similar problems and see if the maker can fix it, learn to live with buggy behavior, or find a replacement.
