This steps unlocks windrider in Drustvar <= map
Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission 抵御柳魔 to pop up
After 3-6 hours you get 岗哨升级物品任务报告：深入柳魔 quest.
Following quest 柳条图腾 is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost
