When I assign a troop to it to counter the "Mounted Troop" my chance of success DROPS to negative 60%.

~~Seems bugged atm. Only work around is using just followers and not troops.~~

Edit: Stealth Missions win chance drops if you use any kind of troop so better not use any do it with only followers.

Ok, so I am going to mention something I never see anywhere I look in regard to this mission. The mission starts at 0% BECAUSE of the stealth hazard. So in order to make it go to at least 100% so that you can do it, you have to counter that. Bonus is unavailable, I'm guessing, unless you counter the Curse on the shatter hand specialist. I thought that I remembered way back there being some way to counter that but I can't find anything. So, I am wondering, if there is no way to counter the curse then what is the point of showing there to be a possible bonus at all. Frustrating.
