Actual information about the shirt! - Just got it today, upon equipping it you get a buff, just like Precious' Ribbon. When mousing over the buff it says Brawling Champion in yellow text and "Gorgeous!" in the same tealish color as precious' ribbon.

For those wondering, it is safe to delete any of the 12 Brawler's Guild shirts to free up room in your bank/bags. They are quest rewards and will be automatically added to the wardrobe in Legion.

This shirt, along with the other older season shirts, no longer give their cosmetic buffs when equipped.

I held on to this particular shirt after the legion wardrobe just to have it's fun flavor-text buff, "Gorgeous!". Something went astray when brawler's guild came back for season 3 and the buff has seemingly disappeared. :(
