Currently (3-4-2013), disenchanting this does not result in a Haunting Spirit.
We did get a sha crystal however. Not sure if working as intended.

These dropped tonight off a shale stalker in 10 man, they said Thunderforged in green lettering between where it says the name and the ilvl. Also they were ilvl 528.
