Using this paired with
普利莫修斯的狂怒护符
would be the ideal combo for a fury/arms warrior, assuming reaching hit/expertise caps is doable without needing either of those stats on trinkets.
If hit/expertise caps are being elusive, a pairing of either of the trinkets listed above with
季鹍的传说之羽
or
影踪突袭营的野蛮护符
would make more sense.

Think this will have 3 stacks up at all times? or will they drop off. 8604 crit seems really high for a continuous stack. Unless it takes nearly a min to stack fully or something.

Proc rate is as follows.
- Gaze of the Twins – 0.825*(1+MeleeCritChance) RealPPM on critical harmful abilities and spells, periodic spell, and melee/ranged abilities and swings. No ICD.
Gaze of the Twins will only proc for Str users.

I can't wait to get my hands on this for my fury warrior. Even if it doesn't stay fully (3 stacks) procced all of the time, even a single stack of the proc on this is worth around 4.8% crit rating at level 90... and it gives over 14% additional crit when it's fully stacked to 3 stacks. That's an absolutely insane amount of crit.... and right now, with a 497 ilvl, my fury warrior has around 26% crit... taking into account the boost to crit that she'll get from upgraded gear from ToT, coupled with the stacks on this trinket... If you're a fury warrior with this trinket you're probably going to have guaranteed Raging Blow/Enrage procs when this this trinket is at three stacks. This trinket, combined with
Primordius' Talisman of Rage
, is definitely going to be the hot setup for any arms or fury warrior. Both have procs and static stats that are just absolutely fantastic.

Here's a rough breakdown of the kind of procs you can expect to see from this trinket using it's RealPPM formula. We'll assume that the toon we're calculating for is a fury warrior with a 25% base crit chance. RealPPM on this trinket is 0.75x(1+MeleeCritChance) so we calculate 0.75x(1+25)=19.5. What this means is that every time you crit with any harmful ability or spell, one of your DoT's crits, or you crit on an autoattack, you have a 19.5% (or roughly 1 in 5) chance for this trinket to proc. Now keep in mind that when this trinket does proc, you gain an additional 4.77% crit rating. This changes your crit chance to 29.77, so now we calculate 0.75x(1+29.77)=23.0775. So now your critical strikes from all of the abilities listed above have a closer to 1 in 4 chance to proc this trinket. Now let's assume that the trinket has procced again, we're at 2 stacks, and our crit rating is now at 34.54. Calculating the chance for the trinket to gain another stack from a critical strike, we calculate 0.75x(1+34.54)=26.655. So now, our critical strikes have a 26.655, or a bit over 1 in 4 chance of proccing the trinket. With the final stack proccing, we go up to 39.31% critical strike rating. Plugging this into this trinket's RealPPM formula, we calculate (0.75x(1+39.31)=30.2325. Our chance to get a stack-refreshing proc from a critical strike to keep this trinket fully procced is now just over 30% per critical strike, not that far off of a 1 in 3 chance. So basically, when this trinket is fully procced it gives you an additional 14.31% critical strike rating, and it's chance to proc from a critical strike increases as its stacks get higher. Given that the proc rate is calculated off of melee critical strike rating, and doesn't have a fixed chance to proc from crits themselves, it's clear that this trinket favors classes/specs that stack crit rating, such as Arms/Fury Warriors. Because of this, my best guess is that this trinket will stay fully procced at three stacks for fury and arms warriors quite a bit, and that it may even increase the value of critical strike for Frost DK's and Retribution Paladins who have it, since the proc rate is heavily dependent on the character's actual crit rating.

After reading these comments and seeing the completely wrong (no offense) calculations of this trinket, then getting it in a raid tonight, seeing how bad the proc rate is, and seeing it proc on non-crit attacks in which there was no crit within a long time before after during or on DoTs... I decided to do some research. Scary what I found:
http://www.wowhuntershall.com/2013/02/14/ghostcrawler-on-trinket-and-metagem-procs-in-5-2/
Quoting from the brief article from Ghostcrawler specifically referencing Gaze of the Twins, this trinket is a flat RPPM trinket that IS NOT and HAS NO benefit from your crit % or landing critical hits. Gaining 1 stack and increasing your crit will have no effect on gaining more stacks, its pure RPPM. Before you say duh, he says
Ghostcrawler: Currently, no, the fact that it only procs on crits basically doesn’t matter for more than flavor. However, we’re considering making these multiply the proc chance by your crit chance, so that they get the “more crit = more procs” effect that all proc-on-crit trinkets have had historically
and
Ghostcrawler: Sorry for the confusion, I was indeed talking about Talisman of Bloodlust, Primordius’ Talisman of Rage, and Gaze of the Twins. They all are just RPPM random proc chances, and if the buff is already up when you get another proc, it refreshes and stacks to 2 (or 3, etc)
TLDR: This trinket is 1 RPPM, effected only by haste, and has no relation what-so-ever to your current crit and does not even proc off crit, and the fact that the description says "chance on critical hit" is only "for flavor" and procs on any hit at a rate of 1 RPPM.
This explains the horrendous uptime for getting more than 1 stack and actually having a lower chance to gain a 2nd stack than to gain your 1st stack since RPPM says "you just got a stack, your chance for another is crap" instead of assuming "based on crit, your crit increased with stack 1 so stack 2 should come faster."
Sorry for the long post! Enjoy!
UPDATE FOR 5.4:
Proc rate has been decreased even farther from its original RPPM, down to 0.72 Procs per Minute,
and Gaze of the Twins proc-rate no longer benefits from Haste
,
however
although undocumented, the proc is
now working as intended
, in that, the more frequently your attacks Critically Hit, the more opportunities for the trinket to proc. On extreme add-heavy bosses, such as Galakras, its quite easy to gain a full stack of 3 Gaze of the Twins buffs due nonstop AoE Crits on high number of adds - and - on stationary single target bosses or enemies, the trinket fluctuates, with an overall nerf from its original RPPM.

Wanted to confirm, although rare, the 3rd proc CAN refresh itself with another proc within the 20 sec buff, essentially giving another full 20 seconds of 3 stacks.
Also *kind of important* any Warrior who gets this and wants to stack Haste to increase the proc rate, and allow the trinket to make up for the lost crit, or even those thinking Haste is more useful once you have this trinket, DONT DO IT.
Great way of testing haste on trinkets is Alysrazor in Fire lands where u get increasing haste buffs. Trinkets like Spark of the Zandalari get a massive proc increase from haste, allowing a nearly 100% up time with enough haste. However, Gaze of the Twins proc'ed a mere 10% more often with a rediculous Haste buff of 200% Haste during the encounter. If you managed to spec all Haste, this trinket will not save you or get much better like you may think. Almost seems broken, but it is working as intended, Blizzard really wants to make sure you can't abuse these RPPM trinkets.

I've had a lot better luck with procs from Primordius' Talisman of Rage than this trinket, I don't know what the deal is, but it definitely doesn't work as advertised.
