Using this paired with双后的凝视 would be the ideal combo for a fury/arms warrior, assuming reaching hit/expertise caps is doable without needing either of those stats on trinkets.

If hit/expertise caps are being elusive, a pairing of this trinket with季鹍的传说之羽 or 影踪突袭营的野蛮护符 would make more sense.

Briefly played with this trinket on trash in-between bosses

Seems like it's 3.3 ppm can proc on top of each other, for example it can proc, then when the proc is halfway through, the duration will get refreshed back up to 10s, wasting one of the PPM
So your time will look something like this 10 9 8 7 10 9 8 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1

I also never saw the stack get above 3 as a ret paladin

used this in a bg today. as fury. it seems to have no internal cooldown. 5 stack all the time
