瘦弱恐角龙 drops in Isle of Giants. As of right now I'm unsure if it's exclusively off Direhorns however it could be a zone wide drop like 赞达拉袭胫者 which also drops in Isle of Giants and not Direhorn exclusive.

(As to drop rate, I'm farming Giant Dinosaur Bones on Isle of Giants in PTR right now and after 468 kills (192 being Direhorns) I've yet to see one drop so the % is most likely low.)

It is not going to drop in 5.2 which makes me have a sad. Here's hoping for a drop in 5.3! Having said this :

still no idea about the cool replacement, maybe having four zandalari pets instead of just the one... anyway blizz is teasing us by placing the mini direhorns in cages around the isle of giants. I won't call it a 'preview' as such but still they're so darn cute, pet collectors should go and have a look as they are just so adorable.

Update from mumper's twitter:

Stunted Direhorn is not 5.2 anymore, most likely 5.3 at this point. We have a cool replacement though!
That was just a scaled down direhorn, no wonder it looked good! Shooting for a custom model in 5.3.0

Not coming in 5.2, but we might get a cute version :D! yay!

On my Hunter, if I get this, the Direhorn Mount AND the pet, I can have the second family. First one is the winterspring sabers ofc.
