One of the new Bind to Account maces, the 虔敬的光环石锤, replaces the previous 虔诚的光环石锤. You will need 2725 Justice Points and the 虔诚的光环石锤 in your bags. Please note, however, that the updated version does not increase any stats for the levels of 1-80, but instead the new mace continues scaling past level 80 to level 85.

You will, of course, need to enchant the new mace since the previous mace has been destroyed in the purchasing process.

I know some people feel that Bind to Account weapons are unnecessary in the leveling grind, since they do not offer an experience bonuses; but you have to remember that, when you are able to kill the creatures swiftly, you will go through the majority of quests and dungeons at an increased rate, which directly transfers to a quicker leveling process! The fact that this particular weapon scales through 80-85 will allow you to get through the Cataclysm zones without much hassle or need to search for a new weapon until level 86!

As I see it these will be pretty much pointless to get, not only the weapons but all the items. They'll be useful at 81 just like the other level 85 capped heirlooms, then you can just buy the 82-83 mop greens that are vastly superior and will have you tearing through quests like mad to 85. I'd say just take the time you'd take on farming the JP and/or Honor for the desired looms and use that to farm on a main for more than enough money to buy the mop greens and you'll be much better set and get much faster experience gain through brute force of overwhelming next-expansion stats.

Below is a list of some off-hand frills and shields for use with one handed heirloom weapons.

After level 60, you can buy items with honor and/or justice points or can go after some low level raid loots. So, I won't be dealing with items requiring higher level than level 60.

Please note that, these are not BIS items and this is not a complete list of all items.

Since there are low level shield enchants available, you should always try to use a shield. So, I've underlined shields on the list.

Upgrade this BEFORE Enchanting!
Otherwise you will lose your expensive heirloom enchant on your Lvl 1-80 weapon :-(

As of 5.4 you can now use all weapon enchants. At lower levels enchants scale down for the content a player will be going through so high level enchants will not be broken for pve and pvp content alike.
