One Darkmoon Prize Ticket will give you a stack of 10. They are consumed on use.

You place the Murloc on the ground and anyone can ride it, they don't have to be in a party or anything. It acts as a stationary vehicle, and you do the /cheer animation when you hop on.

You can ride it in any walking form. It's one swell ride. They should have them at real amusement parks
