The Stockade is the best place to farm these. A little tough to get to if you're Horde, but well worth it. Just ran it 3 times in less than 30 minutes. I got 50 of these potions. Not to mention EIGHT stacks of wool cloth, and enough greens to fully outfit at least my next 5 new toons! The Riverpaw/ hyena guys and the humans drop these, but avoid the elementals, they're a waste of time, just drop junk.

Clearly Blizzard didn't pay any attention to this item, consider it "abandoned" as of 9.1. I'm getting these as quest rewards at level 38 and they only heal for 68. I have 4,403 HP
