I have seen this item on the Beta. I looked it up a while ago and saw it was from the Krasarang Wilds quest Cheer Up, Yi-mo. I ran this quest on two separate characters on the beta, neither time did I get the keg.

I've also run this quest on the live servers, but I cannot find this item. Is it even still in the game?
