New leg enchant for Feral Druids, Rogues, Hunters, Enhancement Shamans and DPS Monks in Mists of Pandaria.
, this replaces Critical Strike/Attack Power leg enchants from previous expansions, giving non-Intellect DPS classes their first primary-stat leg enchant.
Although this is rare quality, this may be the end-game enchant, as an uncommon-quality companion enchant has been datamined (
Previous physical DPS leg enchants:
Burning Crusade: Rare:
Wrath of the Lich King: Rare:
Mists of Pandaria Agility-based DPS enchants:
, Epic: ?
Currently it appears that Intellect-based DPS will still have to choose between Stamina (a la
) and Spirit (a la
) for their second stat, but these two new enchants may mean we see a new tailoring leg enchant for Mages and Warlocks that give them a more useful secondary stat.
Edit: It appears that Critical Strike Rating has replaced Stamina (
) for offensive casters, yay!
I just saw a level 80 twink with this on a pair of ICC heroic pants, and it was indeed working. I'm curious how that's possible, considering it says you have to be 85.
Can this be applied to another character's pants through the Not to be Traded window of trade? I can't seem to find this answer anywhere.
Edit: this CANNOT be added through trade window. Received conflicting information on my server. It can be attached to BOE items.
Hope this helps others.
Key fact to know is to get to

The agility value in game is much lower. Like 74 agility. What happened? Is this item still worth 600-800g ?
So is this the best enchant for WoD still? Seems no new leg enchant appeared for LW.
Warning: if you twink, don't upgrade your shoulder or leg heirlooms more than once or you will not be able to apply this enchant anymore with your level 100 toons.
Why? An heirloom that is upgraded 2/2 is ilvl 605 when you are level 100, meaning that your main cannot apply this enchant (cannot be applied to Tim's higher than ilvl 600) to the 2/2 heirloom and mail it to your Twink. If it is only upgraded once, (I.e. So the heirloom is 1/2 ..works till level 90) then you can still apply it.
If you were not aware of this and upgraded your legs and shoulders like I did, then you can still apply the enchant if you have another toon that is greater than level 85 but less than 99. But otherwise you are screwed, and according to a GM ticket response, it is not possible to un-upgrade an heirloom.
