You could use the 苔织护肩, but then you wouldn't be able to use the higher ilvl gloves 烟流手套 to maintain your 4p.

Personally, I would rather have my cake and eat it too and replace the mastery on these shoulders with haste and use the liquid smoke gloves. But since that isn't going to happen I would rather use the spirit/mastery tier shoulders instead of using the mosswrought ones which have obscene amounts of super subpar crit rating..

But then again there is ridiculous amounts of crit rating on the liquid smoke gloves, so whatever you do: you're gonna be stuck with the crit. I would say tier shoulders/offset gloves would be the best; if only for the extra int and the slightly less crit rating on the gloves.
