a good place to farm em without geting agro from other mobs is a island named krea krak on the cost line of krasarang wilds

Looks like Blizz hot fixed the Kypari Zar farming spot. The baby crocs no longer have loot, nor can they be skinned.

After trying out the various spots, I'd suggest going to Kypari Vor in the Dread Wastes to farm these. The drop rate is good, respawns decent, and the Angel of Death buff makes things go a lot faster. The drawbacks is that many of the crocs are under water, which can be irritating for non-druids, and there's a quest that requires people to kill 8 crocs, but I'd say it's still better than the other spots, simply due to the concentration of mobs

There are 2 main places to farm crocolisk belly: Kea Krak and Kypari Zar. Most likely you are farming this item for Banquet of the Wok (Agility Buff cooks, pay attention!) which requires Raw Crocolisk Belly x10, Giant Mantis Shrimp x10, and Red Blossom Leek x 50 along with the vendor soy sauce. To avoid using all of your hard-earned Ironpaw tokens I strongly recommend farming the meat items.
I am partial to Kea Krak in southern Krasarang Wilds for the crocolisks (as level 90). The crocs are levels 86-87, making a quick kill, and they have between a 1/3-1/2 drop rate for the belly. The respawn rate is fast and if you're a skinner/leatherworker this is a gold mine for prismatic scales. To level way of the wok cooking from 375-600, 50 raw bellies are needed. Farming that in 1-2 hours at Kea Krak was no problem. Mantis Shrimp pools also spawn around the island and neighboring areas so be on the lookout to make this an easy grind!

Try the North shore of Dreadwater lake. SE corner of the map in the Dreadwastes. Descent spawn and drop rate.

The best farming place for the bellies I found was the Lake of Stars in the
恐惧废土
.
寒噬鳄鱼
s there have both a good drop rate (60%) and a good respawn rate. There's quite a few of them too. While some are underwater, you will rarely need to kill more than 3-4 of the swimming ones - the ones around the coast will respawn quickly. Farming becomes much faster if you have reached Revered with the
卡拉克西
, as you will have access to the Klaxxi Enhancement
血雨
, which could easily do close to half of the crocolisks' health as damage.(##RESPBREAK##)140##DELIM##ArgentSun##DELIM##

If you choose to farm the level 87
Mortbreath
crocolisks on Kea Krak in souther Karasarang Wilds, keep in mind that these crocolisks use a
Charge
if you're over a certain distance away.
It's important to know this if you're pulling multiples, since the charge will stun you, and, while at 90 it won't matter too much, lower level characters or cloth wearers could get overwhelmed.
Also, at level 90, it's easy to essentially avoid the charge by simply running close to them and not letting them have the chance to charge you.

Kea Krak: I farmed the crocs in Kea Krak for about 10 minutes and was able to get 20 meats from it, try to not only run around the coast if you are farming at Kea Krak, get to the center of the island as well, you will have 3-4 crocs there around the same place.
You won't get interrupted by other mobs here which is a plus, however the crocs are usually quite a bit away from eachother, so you'll need to mount up after almost every kill.
Lake of Stars: I farmed the crocs in Lake of Stars for about 10 minutes as well and I was able to get 23 meats from that place, also 5 turtle meats since I killed those off while waiting for new crocs to spawn, and 3 Dread amber shards since you will run into some mistblade rippers here as well.
The northrern part of the lake seem to be the one with the most crocs, the southern has almost none.
The crocs are close to eachother so you'll be able to round up 4-5 at a time and like some have mentioned it is useful if you have a paragon helping you out with aoe attacks.
If you are only looking for croc meat and you don't want to be disturbed by other mobs then I would go for Kea Krak.
If you are farming for turtle meat/still getting your rep up with Klaxxi then I would chose the Lake of Stars, simply because you will run into those types of mobs in the lake as well.

Because level 90 crocolisks have a higher drop rate of
生鳄鱼腹肉
than lower level crocolisks and
静水鳄鱼
s are in the
锦绣谷
(and are therefore able to drop
天之裂片
s), I prefer to farm
静水鳄鱼
on days where the Mogu have invaded the area nearby their pond. On these days, players do not have dailies requiring them to kill the
静水鳄鱼
s, making them fairly abundant in the pond.
On any other day, I don't recommend this spot. But when the day arrives, this is a nice way to knock out two birds with one stone, particularly if you are able to multi-DoT or AoE the mobs quickly. Finding a source of
水下呼吸
(such as
水下呼吸药剂
) can streamline your farming so that you don't need to come up for air between pulls.
EDIT
As of 5.4, this pond has been drained and is no longer a viable farming location for
生鳄鱼腹肉
, which is a shame since the new
Cursed Swabby Helmet
item would have been perfect for it.

One thing worth noting: This item is made a bit annoying to farm because the dead crocolisks in the water wave about just like the living ones.
If there's a skinner about, just let them skin these.

I play an
AFFLICTION WARLOCK
. This is important to know since mechanics are different for each classes when it comes to farming.
Warlocks are capable of Water Breathing with a buff
.
Pros and Cons to farming in
Kea Krak
and
Lake of Stars
...
Kea Krak:
Pros:
Crocolisks are level 87, makes for really quick killing at lvl 90.
Fairly good respawn rate.
Little to no competition from other people.
Close to vendors, helps selling off greys
Cons:
The crocolisks charge which stuns you, a rather annoying thing for ranged classes.
Kinda far in between each kills. I like chain pulling.
Lower drop rate than Lake of Stars crocolisks (probably due to lower levels)
Not a smooth circular pattern of killing, gotta zig zag from the shore to the middle of the island to make sure you've killed all the crocs.
Lake of Stars:
Pros:
Extremely fast respawn rate, non-stop killing
Having the right buffs from the Klaxxi (silent lucidity is a personal favorite of mine, dark soul gets 0.5 sec cd) makes for extremely high speed of killing.
Higher drop rate than Kea Krak
Smooth circular pattern of farming
Mobs spawn close to each other, can pull up to 4 crocs in some spots.
Can get Raw Turtle Meat if you decide to kill turtles on the shore
Dread Amber Shards drop a-plenty
Close to Soggy's Gamble where you can vend greys.
Cons:
Slight competition from lower levels questing in the area.
Water striders are irritating for targeting at some points (sometimes you mistakenly attack them, wasting time)
The Snake-men npcs attack crocolisks, stealing some kills away from you.
Higher level crocs hit harder.
In conclusion, I prefer Lake of Stars since it has a lot of elements that I prefer having.

Lake of Stars in the Dread Wastes is no longer a decent drop rate. 10 Coldbite Crocolisks dropped only 2 Raw Crocolisk Belly.

The
Angler's Fishing Raft
is really useful when farming these crocs in the water, if you're ranged. You can tell your pet to attack the croc, then zoom toward it on your raft, firing all the way. As long as you don't take damage, you can kill it and loot it from your raft. This way, you don't need water walking/breathing potions, and you can avoid those pesky Mistblade Rippers on the shore. And don't forget, when aboard your raft, if you jump up and down, it increases the speed of your raft.
Now, if only they would make the raft buff stay active until you turn it off. I hate having to launch it again every time I dismount.

Let's suppose that you want to farm a lot of these.
Let's suppose you just finished the quest to kill the Mistblade Scalelord.
Let's suppose you just freed Korven the Prime and picked up the 2 quests: Feeding the Beast and Living Amber.
You should already be lvl 90 by now if you followed the natural quest progression through Pandoria.
That means you are just mopping up quests and really don't need to turn these two in for awhile, if ever.
If you need stacks of Raw Crocolisk Belly, lots of them perhaps, then you now have the Klaxi enhancement "Angel of Death" which means Kil'ruk periodically drops from the sky to smite your foes, and until you turn in the two quests you also have Korven the Prime to help you.
He only appears when you are in the Lake of Stars but his range is pretty wide so you can go on a killing spree, perhaps to farm stuff like Dread Amber Shards, Spinefish, Ghost Iron Ore, cloth, leather, Motes of Harmony and oh yah, TONS of stacks of Raw Crocolisk Belly. Korven doesn't do lots of damage, he is more of a tank. If you let him alone he will whittle down a croc in just over a minute, but he never dies and he pulls agro off you is the thing while you gather up 4 or 5 monsters to AOE them all down.
Oh yah, you also get the "Mark of Korven" which means you can breath underwater and swim speed is increased 125%, so you aren't limited to circling around the beach, you just slay away. And Kil'ruk drops to the bottom of the lake to help you. Just watch that you aren't killing monsters others need for their quests.
On my server these meats are selling 15g for singles and 200g per 20stack. Each croc yields an exotic leather going for about 3g per for you skinners with about a 2% chance of prismatic scale. In an hour of lazy farming with plenty of breaks Ihad 60 meats, and its a 60% drop rate, so thats around $600g, and if you are a skinner you gots 100 leathers for another $300g. I got 8 Amber Shards (from crocs) and 12 greens which will potenially sell for another $1000. Wowhead says that blues and purples drop, about 1% per 125k kills. So potentially thats around $2k per hour, although there is only so much demand for the stuffs, so I suppose about once a week you can farm enough to actually bank the profits. Hope this helps you farmers!

If you're interested in farming
Coldbite Crocolisks
and have no reason to continue the Klaxxi questline, it may be beneficial to hold onto
Living Amber
. Korven the Prime provides you with
Mark of Korven
which makes it a lot easier to farm the crocolisks around the Lake of Stars.

Just a quick warning. Everything said is true and the droprates are wonderful, but at the SW end of the lake their seem to be more NPC's and fewer of the crocs. They aggro quickly and make like for a squishy guy tough.

The rivers that once fed into Whitepetal Lake with the destruction of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, and with it the Crocolisks. It seems that the Lake of Stars is now the best place to farm Crocolisk Belly.
While you are there, you may as well farm the turtles for their meat too.

While the Coldbite crocs in Lake of Stars have a higher drop rate for meat, they aren't very plentiful. You'll double your meat yield in respawn with the Mortbreath crocs north of Marista FP (Krasarang). Just keep going around and over the island.

Lake of Stars for sure the best spot (Dread Wastes). Avoid the SouthWest tip (lots of baddies). Using the Cursed Swabby Helmet
as it is easy to swim below the surface and pick them off. This is a much smaller area than the one suggested in Kea Krak (island in Southern Krasarang Wilds)

1 hr at Kea Krak = 100 Mortbreath and 40 raw crocolisk belly. Also 15 x Pherrell's Happy. I had to stop and break into dance several times though. Also there was the Zandalari Warbringer I helped bring down, only died once. :)
Because I'm HAPPY.
I hate crocolisks :)

Just figured I would add my experience farming for these. I was aiming to grab 50 and Kea Krak was recommended, I didn't try any other spot. In ~35 minutes I got all 50 that I needed for my cooking goal. Also had a Warbringer spawn. The isle seems to always have at least 1 croc up so there were only a couple instances where I went a few seconds in between kills.

yepp, lake of stars in dread wastes, 1 hour farming 15 mins with swabby helmet, the rest running on the surface with a strider tabbing, netted me 120g in greys, and 133 meat... couple greens too, didn't pay attention to those... and i got the rare kill.

As a level 100 melee DPS wrapping up cooking achievements, I tried both Lake of Stars and Kea Krak. I found Kea Krak to be the better choice for me. I found the ratio of travel to respawn noticeably better there than Kea Krak. The drop rate is slightly lower for a given croc, but it's easier to keep a relatively uninterrupted killing spree going, likely because of the nearby linked quest to kill the crocs. So, you can sort of turn off the brain and just go from croc to croc, no waiting, no time wasted with other hostiles, etc.
And, I will note there is no one suggesting you need any special items or buffs to farm that area well (unlike the Lake of Stars). :-)
I will reiterate a comment made by at least one other - Don't just work the coast, there are crocs in the middle.

If you're farming these to gain ingredients for the Pandaren cooking line(s) at Halfhill Market, you're better off (imo) to go to the Lake of Stars in Dread Wastes. Making laps in and around the shore of the lake, kill everything in sight. The Coldbite Crocs drop the croc meat, turtles drop the meat needed for the Braised Turtle, and the rippers will drop the random Scallions, also used in recipes. Granted, the drop rate isn't as high as the ones listed already, but you get more bang for your buck at this location, with multiple ingredients.
