This (and the other Mountain Horse mounts) are simply Tyrael's and Headless Horseman's mounts without any bells, whistles, wings, or anything else that may be deemed "interesting".

edit = By the way these horses don't buck, whinny, or stamp when you press your "jump" key. Instead....they graze.

Just to clarify abit. You do not have to be exalted with Gilneas to get this mount if you are a Worgen. My Worgen got his at honored for 80 silver. For those with coords, the vendor is located at 48, 21 in Darnassus.

This is somewhat boring. I really can't be too hard on Blizz though, it is nigh impossible to find a mount that worgen can actually ride gracefully or naturally. Same with helmets, there are some that worgen just cannot pull off. Blizz really had their hands tied with this.

You only need to be revered (at least as a worgen) to get this mount. It is easy peasy to get revered just by dint of doing beginning quests, then you head to 阿斯特丽德·长袜 and get your mount (as unexciting as the design is). Great for those of us who do not want to run on all fours! Plus, as a shadow priest, my shadowyness makes the horse look way more awesome than it really is.

Also, as boring as the design is, I kind of like that you get to have a mountain pony, as it harkens back to 饥饿的双头怪 and I remember thinking at the time how it would be cool if you got to keep one as a mount when you finish the quest.

I don't see much of a problem with it,
no, it's not very creative, yes, the original wolf mount idea would've looked better,
but at the end of the day I think this is JUST for counting some mounts to your achievements.
Plus I think these sort of make you like Running Wild a bit more!

Unlike other horses, when you do /Mountspecial with the Mountain Horse they bend down and graze, instead of jumping up on the spot.

When this came and 迅捷高山马 I was a bit dissapointed it didn't look like a horse from Gilneas, that draft horse look. I still think they should remodel it to one of those otherwise i really like it that it doesn't have a saddle or anything :)

I really love this mount despite all the complaints that it looks dull. I mean, look at their faction bag (吉尔尼斯背包), the architecture of the Gilnean buildings, the muted dark colors the people dress in! They are simple folk. Sure, they may look boring and old-fashioned, but it's the Gilnean style. This plain simple mount fits my worgen perfectly when I'm in human form.

For role-playing aspects, this mount is good because not all Gilneans who were cursed might have accepted their fate, and would prefer to remain in human form almost all the time and ride their old horses, instead of having to use 狂野奔跑 and feeling like an animal.
