This item is required to be consumed for the achievement Cataclysmically Delicious. Alliance players, head to Twilight Highlands and purchase it from Evan Silvia. Then you can just take the portal right back to SW.

If you are Horde, you can do the same thing by taking a portal to Vashj'ir or Uldum. Unfortunately, you'll have to hearth back to Org :/

I would suggest checking the auction house first since generic food like this is usually on there and fairly cheap.
