if thats true, then ive been extremly lucky, Ive been skilling alchemy on a mage alt, hes currently 140 orso, and ive seen this recipe at the vendor in orgrimmar 2-3 times :P

eta on respawn is 1hr at Ulthir in Darnasus. this is about how long i waited while checking about every minute or so.

not sure about the other vendor in Iron Forge yet.

I can never seem to find this recipe on either vendor. Then I assume someone may be trying to profit on it, but there are none on the AH either.

After camping Kor'geld for a bit I noticed that the Elixir of Superior Defense recipe spawned several times without a spawn of the Free Action Potion recipe.

Put that together with some of the comments here and at the other two topics ... I think it might be a random respawn choice of which the vendor will have each hour. Discuss...
