atleast currently your able to transmogrifie your daggers to look like this and i personal like the 脑外科医生的工具 and 血肉宝珠 combo. just imagine undead healer whit that combo....

This might be the best dang Rogue transmog ever! Backstabbing someone with two of these is a total trip. Definitely NOT dagger-looking.

Considering in Legion you can now only transmog your artifact to be the same weapon type (no more shovel daggers) This is the only weapon you can transmog daggers to that looks nothing like a dagger. The thing is, you'll have to do the quest as another class to unlock its appearance as rogues only get offered a chestpiece.

Classes that can get/unlock this:
Druid
Mage
Priest
Shaman
Warlock

I completed the quest that rewards this item today on my rogue and was sad to see I did not get to choose item reward. Instead I got this. It was the only quest reward I could get. Not sure why I was snuffed on this amazingly creepy lil "dagger".

Ran this as a sin rogue today, the quest reward was 憎恶皮衣, however the 脑外科医生的工具 then did become available for transmog.
