Doesn't just banish a Cresting Exile, kills it. Not the same as warlocks' Banish.

You won't get xp or loot from the Exile unless you tag it first with a spell or hit.

Actually the drop rate is woefully low on all of them. On thundering exiles the drop rate I've calculated is closer to 16% than to 76%

The elementals are level 38-39.
Cords are 52-51.
Again I would recommend checking the AH.
Drop rate was horrible for me.
8 drops in 43 kills (19%).

These have the worst drop rate, I had to clear the place 4 times to get all 8.

I've killed these for a while now and for me it seems that the 76 % drop rate is If it drops anything. Because they rarely drop anything, but when they've done; they've always dropped the charm. Hope this helps.

So I was kinda lucky? I've killed 5-6 so far, and got 4 of them :)
I'm done with the quest, now I'm just looking for Elementar Air to get money ^^

Strangely, while the other two charms are gone, this one is still in the game ,with quite a high drop rate, about ~25%. Its next to useless now, since the quest it was needed for is gone, but it is still kind of nifty to banish the other elemental

as the other posters said, make sure to tag it before banishing
