This is sometimes earned when successfully helping the orphans out with the daily Hallow's End quest "Let the Fires Come!", thus allowing you to get A Crudely Wrapped Gift recieved from the Smash the Pumpkin daily from A Large Jack-o'-Lantern.

This is great :) I just love WoW for items like this :) when u have normal, daily quests, or big events like this, and then, one day u find a letter from a kid, or a book about General Marcus romance ^^ those little items are the best part of wow ^^

actually there's no such thing as a 3d pixel, it's a series of many pixels that makes the appearance of 3d. that makes all the difference to be classified as a "child hater".

If you receive any male/female transformation - given you are the opposite gender - opening the letter again will change handsome/pretty to the corresponding adjective.

I was quite disappointed that this has no special purpose. I mean, it looked like it was about to be continued in some other quest, I hoped for a chance to meet that secret admirer, or receive more themed items from him, at least. And it just ended as an unfinished plot.
