FALSE! The weapons that WILL require a personal rating of 1850 are currently ONLY the Off-hand weapons. Main hand weapons do not require any rating at all.

This is designed as the main-hand Arena dagger (even though it is 1-H). For mutilate Rogues (who want two slow daggers), the new Mutilater http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33801 is the item for you.

This is a bug as noted in the PTR bug list. All weapons will require 1850 personal rating.

These look so much better than season 2 but WTH!!! 1800 Arena rating to use. That is the SUX! We should be able to put in the arena time, get the points and get the Daggers. That was the whole reason they got rid of the Rank system in the first place, because the stuff was near impossible to get. This rating stuff to get loot ain't cool and should go away, anyways, my friends are hardcore raiders and hate PvP so they always get their PvP gear from http://www.yehforgames.com/wow/arena/
