you do know, that the dps on these weapons are higher than most weaps from BT and MH, other than the few with 138 dps, since the rest has 130, and that its only the looks they have taken from the new dungeons, since the sword its from only has 128 dps, so its as high as it gets with out out dpsing the best weapons in the game so far, its real nice, and sure woulden mind getting my hands on one of them hehe :D

It has the same damage range as Cataclysm's Edge (386 - 580). It requires 1850 Personal Arena Rating to purchase. The color is a metalic teint, with some darker edges. Looks very cool.

This is incorrect. Jin'Rohk and this weapon use a new model and skin.

by the same damage, he means the same base damage, and this is true cuz this weapon is slightly slower the cataclysms edge, therefor more base damage

All armor and weapons that require a personal rating now also require your team to have atleast same rating in order to buy.

Example:

Shoulders 2000 Personal rating now also require Arena team rating +2000.

Compared to S2 weapon, the Merciless Gladiator's Greatsword, this weapon has:

+ 4 Strength (0.57 DPS)

+ 98 armor ignored

This item is a recolored Jin'rohk, The Great Apocalypse.

( Definitely a great grab although I would have preferred that they used a higher instance model for the sword instead of one that they are just coming out with. Some thing more bad ass like Cataclysm's Edge.)

So I have a question for you guys,
I have Jin'rohk atm, 3991 points saved up and close to 1850
I'm not sure wiether to buy the Veng glad sword or mace because I have Jin'rohk
Also, if I were to buy one of them, which one would you recommend for a warrior/druid 2v2?
I like both, but sword proc a bit more.
WTB some advice :P

Same model as Jin'rohk, so people whining about getting rolled by S3-weapon teams in the 1400s are probably losing to people with the ZA sword and NOT this. =P

I got one question, cuz currently on the liverealms the items say that you need personal AND teamrating of 1850.. but people say that you only need the personal rating. So who is right? Because Blizz' Armory even only says: "personal rating of 1850 required"..

I was never able to get Jin'Rohk, so it warms me a bit to find that this sword, the only one that shares the same model, is back in the game. Jin'Rohk had a better color, though.

If you wish to add this fine piece to your transmog collection, then I suggest you grab it before MoP ships. Currently on beta a new vendor has appeared right next to Kezzik the Striker, who also sells Vengeful gear, but with arena rating requirements (the 2h sword requires 1800 rating to buy).. in worst case you might not be able to grab this weapon without arena rating in MoP.

So my brother had this weapon as a transmog while gearing his warrior, and when he equiped his first Corruption item (Patch 8.3) the colors of this weapon changed completely, which isn't intended.

It looks AMAZING though, i've added a screenshot for historical vallue since corruption is about to be removed with the shadowlands pre-patch.
