latest update from patch 2.3, this cost 1875 arena points, if you need to find out how many arena points you'll earn this week or what team rating you need for 1875 arena points, there is a great Arena Calculator that can do both ways, converting rating->points and points->rating, the calculator is located at: http://www.ratingarenapoints.com

i think this should be the first piece of s3 you should get than you throw on your epic leg armor wether ot be nether cleft or cobrahide than you never have to worry about your legs ever again

ya thats what i meant unless you already have a decent axe...i had legacy so i got the legs first thing and than the gloves for the set bonus
