A very good place to farm these seems to be death's door in Blade's edge mountains.
The demons there (the ones with swords, don't remember their name) have a very high drop rate... Somewhere between 33 and 50%.
I farmed these for maybe 30 minutes and came out with 22 marks and 1 fel armament. 900 rep with aldor in 30 minutes.
There are plenty of demons and the respawn rate is very good. I think at least 3 or 4 people can farm there without running out of demons.
There is a druid in bird form flying around, you can call him by using a flare which you got from someone (don't know who). He will give you some quests.
There is also a mine that spawned as adamantite once and khorium twice during the short period i was there.

Tried every place in Outland-killing the Wrathwalkers found all around Legion Hold in Shadowmoon Valley (around 23,38) is the best way to find items for Aldor reputation. They are very common, are found close together, have a high drop rate of mark of sargeras, respawn fast, and have very very low hp.

Artifact Seeker - 30% drop-rate, but it has a bad ability "mana burn", so u must stun/silence them fast. "spell lock" - will silense u too. best place for non-mana classes.

I think best place is Netherstorm by the Felblade guys and the little demon doggy guys. Lower right-ish corner, around the area of (39,72).
Been killing there for like 10 minutes or so, either I've been getting lucky or they have like a (8 marks per 10 kills) 8:10 ratio.
Good luck.
Also, don't bother farming these until after the Mark of Kil'Jaeden marks stop working.

Farmed the Artifact Seekers in the Arklon Ruins for about an hour today. I came out with around ~50 Tokens and ~2 Armaments. I would reccomend you farm here if your going for exalted. Not many people around, however the usual quester warping in the Objects around there or getting the peice of the Archmage Staff.

Death Door in BEM is best place I think to farm Marks of Sargeras. I tried to farm at ruins near Area 52 but there is 3 problems: mobs can aoe stun, mana burn, spell lock; mobs got low drop rate; they drop a mark or don't anything.

Will you continue to be allowed to turn in after you get Exulted with Aldor and receive Shat'tar rep?
(I will attempt this to see on my main (who is Exulted with Scryer, but not Shat'tar)
If not can you do the turn in to back down your Aldor faction without losing the Shat'tar faction at the same time? Then resume turning in more for more Shat'tar rep. For that matter is it possible to become Exaulted with Shat'tar simply by turning in until Honored and then 'bouncing' the Aldor rep back down and then turning in more repeating the process until you are exaulted with Shat'ar. If possible, it would allow you to be exaulted with Shat'tar prior to reaching level 70 and ever stepping foot into TK.
(edit)
From
http://www.wowwiki.com/Sha'tar:
Folk not caring about alternate faction loss and who want honored Sha'tar reputation as early as possible (before completing Sha'tar Quests for example) could alternatively hand in /(Aldor) or / (Scryer). It is worth noting that one cannot pass 5999/6000 Friendly reputation with Sha'tar through Aldor/Scryer turn-ins by any means. To actually hit honored one must kill a mob in a Tempest Keep instance or do a quest rewarding Sha'tar reputation.
Guess that answers my question...

To be able to validate quests 10653 or 10654, so to give your marks, you must before have validated the three following quests :
Allegiance to the Aldor :
http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10551
(starting near Khadgar)
City of Light :
http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10211
(starting near Khadgar)
A'dal :
http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10210
(starting near Haggard War Veteran)
Make sure too that you don't have another quest in progress asking for these marks or you won't be able to give them to Adyen the Lightwarden (like quest "Marks of Sargeras" :

I did around 30k of rep between both characters here in the last month getting both up to exalted by grinding on the warlocks summoning around the pylons in Legion Hold out in SMV. They have an extreme respawn timer that, if farmed quickly or by more than 1 person, they can repop as soon as they die making looting a bit tricky at times. Avoiding the roaming Elite is rather easy and warlocks would just solo kill it to remove that issue.
As a BM hunter, I was able to grind on the far west pylon while others did the other 2 for upwards of 20-30 min without a break. In two 1 hour sessions, I was able to walk away with about 50-80 marks + 5-9 Fel armaments.
The warlocks have around 6k health and can go down pretty easy to a DPS class. I suggest grinding here if it's not already camped.

Legion Hold
in
Shadow Moon Valley
, I farmed for a hour get about 40-45 sargeras and 2-3 fel armament somtimes, I even gotten lucky and had some blue drops. Also youll pile up with alot netherweave at the end.
GL farming almost exalted yay!

I also recommend the demons inside the Arklon Ruins in Netherstorm for Marks of Sargeras, Fel Armaments and Fel Hide, not to mention tons of Knothide Leather. The droprate isn't better than anywhere else, but the respawn-rate is quick, not to mention that the Mobs here are complete push-overs. After 2.5 hours I generally exit with 3 stacks of Fel Hide, 10-14 Fel Armaments and always over 100 Marks plus a few Greens for Enchanting Materials.
Casters beware, the Artifact Hunters have a Manaburn.
These mobs aren't about quality, they are volume, volume, volume...

Another good and easy place it's the mine under Manaforge Ara, in Netherstorm, northwest to Area 52.
There are Gan'arg and Mo'arg that are easly killed even with poor equip and have a decent rate of drops. Plus, many adamantite spawning points. In one hour of grinding i come out with 30 marks 2 Fel armaments a heap of Adamantite and a couple of green that i DE. There is a demon at the end, that is involved in a quest, but it's no way harder than the other mobs, and some Blood Elf with "miniWV" minions.

Shadow Council Warlocks are the absolute best mobs for Aldor rep. Same drop rate as any other mob, but they have very low life (only 5kish). In addition, they have an extremely fast respawn rate so you'll never run out of them. They can be found in the southern part of Legion Hold near all the infernals. Just watch out for the wandering elite and you'll have your rep in no time.

warlock farming tips:
- deaths door is imo the best spot to agree with many other posters here (mobs dont have annoying abilities etc)
- use
demonic sacrifice
on your void walker, enslave a demon (i prefer
death's watch
, they have
tongue lash
which increases the damage the target takes by 50% for 6sec, on a 10 sec cooldown) and soul link it.
now you're regenning 2% of your hp every 4 sec and still at similar numbers of spell damage. your demon will die reasonably quickly from the soul linked damage, so you can health funnel a little or enslave another demon (soul draining the old one to get your shard back).
you lose your master demonologist ability and around 20-70 spell damage but you'll have very little down time thanks to
fel stamina
.

As the actual patch (3.1.2), farming marks of sargeras killing the Shadow Council Warlocks is by far the most effective way. Maybe the drop chances are like any other demon that can drop this, but the fast respawn rate of them in a very compact area make the grinding highly efficient.

edit: 4 times cleared. 38 marks 3 armaments. No downtime. definitely better than SMV

I thought this was an interesting link. It tells the story of Sargeras The Destroyer Of Worlds and how he recruited Kil'jaeden and two others into transforming the Draenei into demons, and the creation of the Burning Legion, and stuff like that. I wonder, Illidan was the boss of the BC expansion, and Lich King was the boss of WotLK, then Deathwing of course leader of the Black Dragonflight, how awesome would it be to have Sargeras be the boss of the next expansion, a guy who had ACTUALLY destroyed worlds in the past come to Azeroth. From the lore, it seems he is the most powerful of all bad guys so far!

The mobs in Netherstorm seem to have been nerfed--over an hour of killing everything at Forge Base Gehenna and only about 30 Marks of Sargeras.
On the other hand, one run through regular
Shadow Labyrinth
and I got 64 MoS and 7 Fel Armaments, plus miscellaneous loot. If you're 80 or over and need Aldor rep, this is the way to go.

Evidently there's another requirement to turn these in. I turned in the prior Marks of Kil'jaeden, got my rep to honored -- and have tons of Marks of Sargeras with no means to turn them in. Neither the NPCs at Aldor Rise or at the Altar of Sha'tar will take them. No options, no quests, nothing, and they won't take the Kil'jaeden marks, either. My toon is level 65. I don't remember having a level requirement on my other toons when I went thru BC before the other expacs.
Okay, folks. How?

Farmed Twilight Ridge in West Nagrand all day yesterday, about 7-8 hours, i got 38 Fel Armaments and 611 MoS, the mobs over there respawn fast enough to keep grinding without having to wait.
Also an advantage for players that can not run Shadow Lab most of these mobs are non elites, there are a few elites and one boss so be careful if you are not high enough lvl for that, and another thing, very few gray stuff, lots of netherweave and green gear, handy if you are lvling 67-70 alts, the Deathshadow Hounds drop Fel Hides occasionally.

skelly1324: The problem with the demons is that there aren't very many of them. Look at the drop counts for everything 65% and up, it ranges from 2k-12k reports. I don't think it's people not knowing about the 45% drop rate, but when most people farm, they don't want to sit around (or walk around) waiting for respawns. This is why I think Shadow Lab is the best place to farm for these and the Fel Arms. You get the whole area to yourself, and it has a high drop rate.

I can confirm that Shadow Labyrinth is a pretty good place for grinding Aldor rep. I did three runs this morning (30ish mins each) on an 85 MM Hunter - killing everything except Tortured Skeletons, which don't drop loot.
1st run - 61 Marks of Sargeras & 4 Fel Armaments
2nd run - 63 Marks of Sargeras & 1 Fel Armament
3rd run - 48 Marks of Sargeras & 6 Fel Armaments
Unless my maths is horribly off, that equates to an average of around 2,500 Aldor rep per run.

I decided to farm Shadow Labyrinth after reading some of the comments and here are my results. I farmed all the trash on HEROIC mode before the first boss, except ONE group of mobs around a pillar. I did this to avoid activating the boss. Then I proceeded to the room with the second boss and cleared all the trash there. I looted all the mobs and went back outside, used my Traveler's Tundra Mammoth to sell all the greens, greys and other vendor items (I made bandages out of Netherweave cloth and vendored these as well). I could do this five times in just over an hour. The net gain was:

"City of Lights"
quest (a guided tour in Shattrath led by Khadgar's servant at The Terrace of Light), which is necessary to join sides with the Scryers or the Aldor, and to be able to turn in the marks with Adyen the Lightwarden on the Aldor Rise. After completing this - rather annoying, but yet informative - tour, Adyen were happy to accept the above mentioned marks. Sadly I had auctioned my Marks of Kil'Jaeden before I discovered this = bummer!

The best place to farm for Mark of Sargeras is in Auchindoun: The Shadow Labyrinth (the southern instance entrance, with the big doors you have to click to open). From one run I got more than 50 Mark of Sargeras, and anywhere from 5 to 12 Fel Armament. You can do this 5 times a day on one character.
You also get 12 or 13 reputation for Lower City from every kill (if you're interested in that). The loot is also better than killing outside a dungeon, and I personally find it more fun than grinding one area for hours on end. In about 4 runs, my rep went from the very beginning of revered to more than halfway to exalted. Very prosperous.

An easy way to farm these is after killing the third boss in Shadow labyrinth, clear the next room for all except the summoners, just let them keep summoning mobs, they have about 60% drop chance of marks, and they keep summoning for a rather long time.
The instance give a good amount of marks itself, and when doing this, you have no downtime between mobs.
评论来自
halflife
If you can get past all the trash on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bosses, when you pull the boss all the trash in the room will also pull and come right to you so you can just AoE it down, just watch out for the knockdown ability some of the mobs have, they can chain it while you get pounded, unable to do anything.

Legion Hold in Shadowmoon Valley, the Shadow Council Warlocks
drop them and Fel Armaments very often. I farmed at level 85
15-20 minutes and got 41 marks and 5 Armaments
. The respawn rate for them is almost instant, and they drop a good amount of greens and netherweave. If your around the 65-70 level they should be fairly easy to kill just watch out for
Morgroron (68 Elite)
that patrols around.

Legion Hold
to farm for the marks as suggested by someone who commented.
I started at the bottom and worked my way up killing all the
Wrathwalkers
,
Mo'arg Weaponsmiths
&
Terrormasters
(Do not drop the marks that I saw, they were just in the way o.o) until I came across the
Shadow Council Warlocks
.
While yes the other demons have good drop rates yielding an average of about 1 mark every 2-3 kills the
Shadow Council Warlocks
have an extremely quick respawn rate (between a few seconds to maybe a minute or two) and drop 1 mark every 2-3 kills. I found them much faster to farm for the marks.
Happy Rep Grinding! :)
Within 30 minutes of grinding these guys I have:
45
Mark of Sargeras
3
Fel Armament
202
Netherweave Cloth
5 Green Items
1
Three of Furies
Some food & gray junk
The next excellent place for farming these marks is definitely Shadow Labyrinth.
Soloing the whole dungeon once on my 85 rogue yielded:

Netherweave Cloth
Lots of gray items/food items

Totally worth it with a Fury warrior with Heroic Leap and Charge with 12 sec cd.
EDIT: Noteworthy that I just patrolled the three pillars with the warlocks channeling green beams. They respawn quickly and drop lots of goodies.

Since there were only incomplete reports on drops and how long it would take to get from Neutral to Exalted, I decided to commit to the Aldor and get the few recipes for Leatherworking that are available. I did not want to quest for this and the only quests that I had to complete were the one started by the Haggard War Veteran and the escort through Shattrath City, following the translucent Elemental. Then it was straight turn-ins for
萨格拉斯印记
and
邪能装备
.
As a level 90 Hunter (ilvl 517 LFR geared) I first completed Shadow Labyrinth on Heroic mode.
This produced the following:
54
萨格拉斯印记
/6
邪能装备
Next, I completed Normal mode Shadow Labyrinth with the below results:
60
萨格拉斯印记
/2
邪能装备
I am always interested in better statistics/drop rate listing than just "Woot, it dropped for me the first time!", so I decided to to a full max dungeon per hour experiment and completed 5 x Normal mode Shadow Labyrinth later in the day. The results were as follows:
Dungeon 1: 54
Shadow Labyrinth is sadly not an instance that provides a quick exit after you kill the last boss, so you will have to run all the way back. These 5 instances took me exactly 48.5 minutes, with the majority of the time running with Aspect of the Cheetah. I spent more time looting than killing.
The grand total for the 5 instance farm was 300
萨格拉斯印记
& 26
邪能装备
.
Thus, the Aldor reputation you can expect from this, if you are in a lvl 25 guild (non human character), is:
30 x 10
萨格拉斯印记
turn-ins. 275 rep x 30 = 8,250 reputation
26 x 1
邪能装备
turn-ins. 385 rep x 26 = 10,010 reputation
So, about 50 minutes of dungeon work will net you a total of 18,260 rep with Aldor (again, this is higher if you are a human character). The total reputation from Neutral to Exalted should be around 42,000. So about 10 dungeon runs of Shadow Labs ought to give you what you need to get to Exalted with the Aldor (given that you have to do a couple of quests before being able to turn these in). And if you start with
邪能装备
turn-ins, you can safely skip the entire
基尔加丹印记
turn-in portion, as these do not drop in the Shadow Lab instance.

The best place to farm these that I have discovered is Legion Hold in
Shadowmoon Valley
.
This item can be turned in past honored reputaion.
Fel Armament's
are also obtained with this route.
This strategy can only be carried out by a HIGH LEVEL class that has a spammable, 10yd, AoE spell (
Fan of Knives
,
Arcane Explosion
,
Blood Boil
<Blood Rune cd may prevent this ability from working. I have not tried it>, etc.) AND a mobility booster on a low cooldown (
Blink
,
Burst of Speed
,
Unholy Presence
, etc.)
The mob being farmed is
Shadow Council Warlock
.
To effectively farm the mob, you first need to understand how it works. There must always be at least 6 Warlocks at any given time in the area. 2 warlocks patrol the squadrons of Deathforged Infernals to the south of the farming area. There are 4 other Warlocks channeling a greenish beam into 1 of 3 "pylons"(up to 4 Warlocks can be on any given pylon). There are 4 spawn points around each pylon (12 total) and then an additional 2 spawn points on the patrol routes. The patrolling locks must NEVER be killed. The spawn points have a "cooldown" so to speak. This strategy is all about manipulating the pylon spawn points in order to kill an absurd amount of Warlocks in a small period of time.
For all intensive purposes, the easternmost pylon is pylon 1, the center pylon is pylon 2, and the westernmost pylon is, of course, pylon 3.
1.When you arrive at the area initially, there should be 12 warlocks around the pylons . If there aren't, wait for all of the spawn locations to be filled. (I will develop a later guide on how to set up the farm if the spawn locations aren't always filled to save time). Kill all warlocks on the pylons in 1 to 3 order by walking to the center of a pylon and casting your AoE spammer. Do not touch the patrolling Warlocks.
2. After you clear the 3rd pylon, IMMEDIATELY turn around and run back to the 1st pylon; The warlocks shouldve already spawned. In order to keep the spawn locations properly timed, use any gap closer you have in the space between the 1st and 3rd pylons AFTER you cross over the stone slab beside the path as these can shorten the distance closed by your gap closer.
3. Clear the pylons in 1 to 3 order.
4. Repeat.
In an hour of this, I looted about 100 gold, 300 Marks, and 21 Armaments.
If you mess up, I am trying to work on a guide to reset the spawn locations without having to wait for all 12 Warlocks to spawn. I have only done this on my level 90 mage so I have not confirmed if it works or not on a rouge or death knight. The patrolling Elite
Morgroron
can be ignored and AoEed with the Warlocks if he is pulled.
Feedback and criticism is appreciated as well as tips to make my guide better.
Please feel free to report discoveries or statistics.

Turn these in to
Ayden the Lightwarden
at Aldor Rise on the west side of Shattrath for reputation gain with the Aldors. I picked up 60 soloing on 100 Hunter in
Shadow Labyrinth
in about 5 minutes, but they also sell in the AH for almost nothing.

The best place to farm this item is without a doubt the
暗影迷宫
in HC mode

I didn't have the quest to turn these in and couldn't remember if I completed City of Lights quest or not. I used the query below to find out.
/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(10211))
False = Didn't Complete
True = Completed
I couldn't find the starting quest for it and had to do some digging before I found out that the Haggard War Veteran has the initial A'dal quest to start City of Lights. Once you've completed and chosen a side, you can start turning in marks.

I ran through Heroic Shadow Labyrinth with 3 different characters, two with neutral standing, and one that was Honored with the Aldor. No

dropped. I also attempted to farm them in Arcatraz and Mechnaar (both also on Heroic) but they didn't drop there either. I'm assuing this is due to the recent changes to dungeon loot. Both
基尔加丹印记
and
邪能装备
continued to drop.

If you're running dungeons for Marks of Sargeras, they need to be on NORMAL setting, I don't know why. I can confirm getting Marks of Sargeras and Fel Armaments both, from recent runs of Labyrinth. However, I found a better spot for Marks of Sargeras! Go to Legion Hold in Outland's western Shadowmoon Valley (23, 40) and farm the
暗影议会术士
. In 6.5 minutes, I received 33 Marks of Sargeras and 2 Fel Armaments. There are around 15 warlocks within that courtyard, a few wandering around inspecting the troops, and 12 others using the fel tethers around the three phallic gizmos, whatever
they
are. The warlocks respawn almost immediately, so you can just keep running around and killing them with no down time. There is a 45% drop rate listed on wowhead. I was actually there farming the warlocks for a couple of old Alchemy recipes, which dropped within 15 mins for me. Good luck!

As of Legion's updated levelling system BC dungeons on NORMAL will now scale to 80. This means, strangely, Shadow Labyrinth on Heroic will drop marks of Kil'jaden but normal will drop Marks of Sargeras at level 80 or above.
While farming for lower city rep I obtained over 150 marks in around 4 runs. Would highly recommend it, just remember to be running on normal not heroic.

For the record, if you're going to farm these from Shadow Labyrinth, do it on Normal, not Heroic. For some reason at least the first half of the dungeon (the parts you can access without killing a boss) only drop Marks of Kil'jaeden, which are useless after honoured.

It's 2021.. you've decided to level Aldor rep on an alt because its the anniversary event and pilgrims bounty and you are a couple of reps short of your hundred. Marks of Sargeras and Fel Armament's turn ins are a quick way to get the rep up but you don't remember where the best places to farm them because TBC was a million years ago? I'd recommend -
Netherstorm - Forge Base: Gehenna (General cord: 38.25, 19.66) and Forge Base: Oblivion (General cord: 37.89, 24.50) - Closest flight path - Stormspire
Kill everything up there on the ledge - respawns are quick, drop rates aren't terrible for both marks and armaments -Happy Farming!

So you want to turn in all your
萨格拉斯印记
and/or
基尔加丹印记
, which give about 300 rep to
奥尔多
per 10 you can turn in at a time.
Well first you need to do these 3 quests:
憔悴的志愿兵
at 59, 41, Terrace of Light, Shatt. He will send you to
阿达尔
at 54, 44 inside. These will open the quest
圣光之城
from Khadgar standing in front of A'dal. Then speak to Khadgar a final time and pick a faction to align with (the other faction will hate you).
You can now go turn in your marks to
圣光护卫者阿德因
at 30.75, 34,50
You're welcome.
P.S. For the other two items
日怒徽记
and
奥法宝典
. You are required to align with "
占星者
" instead. Same 3 quests above required but instead go turn them in to:
先知沃雷塔尔
at 42.8, 91.7.
