This water is exclusively dropped in Durnholde, both on Normal and Heroic. Just about every (if not every) mob in the instance can drop it at a low drop rate - Basically it's free level 65 water, just by a different name.

Water, straight from the lands of Gilneas.

For those of you who don't know where Gilneas is: It is south of Silverpine Forest. Ever walked by Greymane wall and wondered what the heck it was for? Well, apparently it is blocking anyone from entering Gilneas.

This water is from Gilneas, a city that built a wall in Southern Silverpine Forest to make sure nobody can leave, or enter. So far nobody has heard if the city is still there,if the plague killed them, if anybody even is alive. if the city is still standing this can help why there are Tirisfal Farmers in Tirisfal Glades that are hostile to horde and alliance. Nobody knows if this will be an instanced area, new major city, or even a point of intrest. But rest assured, nobody can go see if theres anything there for now. If you peer into the hole of Graymane's Wall you'll see a flat plane with rotting trees so this might show that possibly they are dead.
