I can certainly see a use for this in the 10-19 bracket as a rogue; at times I am rooted and have dynamite on cd, so not really much I can do, but a single hit with this is only a 1/2 sec cast and could crit (with my current ap) well over 100 dmg easily. since I assume I am only going to get one throw before getting free no matter the cd of throw, it seems logical to go for the biggest per-hit dmg, rather than dps. Would rather have the lvl 14 uncommon knives, but haven't found them yet either.

I worry that many of the drops of this in ghostland chests are vendored.
